This architecturally designed house by Mason & Wales Architects was a great project for our skilled tradesmen, as there were a variety of interior and exterior substrates.

Working closely with the client and the main building contractors, Gray Brothers Builders Ltd,  was key to delivering such a high-end finish, which won Gold at the New Zealand Registered Master Builders House of the Year.

Innovation is one of our strengths, and because of the time pressures of this project the weatherboards were primed and first coated in our yard, with the final coat applied in-situ to provide efficiencies in the program.
