The original house was designed for the owners in the 1970s and they loved its sunny disposition, tranquil setting and bush-clad views to the north of Dunedin.
But although basically structurally sound, it had become a bit tired and they engaged their friend Francis Whitaker of Mason & Wales Architects and Gray Brothers Builders to bring it up to date and equip it for the future, Knox & Anderson Painters were trusted to finish this major renovation to the highest quality.
