This Historic Dunedin Beauty was in need, of a little care, the delaminated plaster and beautiful ornate features were skilfully repaired, before we painted. This project had to be painted in the winter so we used low temperature paint, we also wanted to use a High Build System to protect the plaster and provide better weatherproofing.

Product used Resene X200 Winter Grade colour Friars Grey.
