Dunedin Motels

The exterior re-paint of this Dunedin Motel complex achieved an amazing transformation, the exterior stucco was picked out in two colours, while the fascia, steel structure and handrails were repainted in the grey. The veranda ceilings were sanded down and re-polyurethaned.
