This Interior and Exterior refurbishment designed by Mason & Wales Architects won National Gold Reserve at the New Zealand Master Builder Awards.  Original features were salvaged and reused whenever possible and new ones crafted to match the existing ones.

Working closely with the Client and Main Building Contractors, Gray Brothers Builders Ltd, was key to delivering such a high-end finish. The challenge was seamlessly blending the old substrates with the new, and our skilled tradesmen achieved this by staining the new timber to match the existing  timbers to give the consistent high quality finish.
